Joni is detail oriented with a lot of experience and did a fabulous job marketing the house with aerial photos and color brochures. She also used the internet to market the home while also notifying many of her industry contacts to let them know of the home's availability. I have not sold a home in over 25 years and didn't realize how stressful it can be but Joni kept in touch and gave great feedback following an open house the first weekend. After I accepted the offer on day 3 it was just a matter of filling out disclosures and other paperwork for the closing.
