Commuting from Aurora

E-470, I-70, and I-225 all run through various parts of Aurora giving commuters easy access to the surrounding communities of Denver, Parker, Brighton, Stapleton, and Greenwood Village.
 
Denver International Airport (DEN) to Aurora is 12 miles or about 20 minutes.
 
DIA to downtown Denver is a 35-minute drive or A-Line, to get from the airport to Denver Union Station and vice versa courtesy of the Regional Transportation District (RTD), metro Denver's public transit provider takes riders 37 minutes.

Daniel’s Gate Park is more than 1,000 acres and is the only Denver Mountain Park in Douglas County. It features a unique sandstone ridge, historic ranch, bison herd and a spectacular view of the Front Range.
